Also, I request you to make sure you have updated AVG to latest version and check again.
To update AVG AntiVirus, you can manually check for and install updates or configure AVG to check for updates automatically:
Open AVG AntiVirus and go to Menu > Settings
Select General in the left panel
Click Update
In the application section, click Check for updates
Wait for AVG to check for updates
When the update is complete, you'll see a message that says AVG AntiVirus is up to date
Also, I request you to repair AVG AntiVirus and try enabling the shield again.
To repair AVG Antivirus on Windows 11, you can try these steps:
Ensure no other apps are running on your computer
Right-click the Start icon and select Installed apps
Find AVG Internet Security and click the three dots next to it
Select Uninstall twice
If prompted, click Yes in the User Account Control dialog
In the AVG Setup window, click Repair
Wait for the setup to repair the application
If prompted, click Restart computer to complete the repair

How do I turn on all the shields using windows 11? I tried to click on the off button so it would go green and be working.
