Shopping Cart Alert

Everyone, I had this problem and it was not only with AVG but also with a website that I was trying to order Bison meat, they where both sending me this message. The problem is TLS1.0 that we are all running because Miscrosoft is slow on catching up with the industry. I found only this morning that MS finally rolled out an update for TLS2.0, so if you are manually installing updates go do them now, if you have automatic updates enabled then you are good to go, just give it time to update. TLS is a credit card security protocol, this is why carts are messed up.

Hello Missy,

I will check this for you.

Please share us the screenshot http://avgclick.me/getscreenshot of the pop-up you receive from AVG to assist further.

Hi, I recently put an AVG service into my shopping cart but decided not to go through with the purchase. I got a pop up from AVG alerting me that I left something in the cart. There is an option to empty my cart by pressing the "x" button and I did that and it showed my cart was empty. Unfortunately, I got another pop up today to alert me again that I left something in my shopping cart. I'm concerned that I'm going to keep getting these annoying pop ups to remind me that I left something in my shopping cart when I have already emptied the cart. I can use some guidance on this. I hate these pops up and it would be really frustrating to keep getting these alerts.
