Hello Stephanie. For your information in AVG Zen we have added this shopping cart feature recently so that in case of any renewal you can purchase from there instead of going to AVG website.

Hey everybody,
I had to re-set-up my computer and installed AVG like usual. However this time around there's a shopping cart that just won't dissapear even though I have a valid suscription until November 2015. The same happened on my aunt's new computer.
Any suggestions as to why that might be?
