If you are able to access the website, please update AVG Internet Security and check if that fix the issue.
Having problems checking out on an Infusionsoft shopping cart that I've used before and wondering if AVG Payments protection might be interfering with it and blocking acceptance?
I can use the site on my iphone but not on my Mac or macbook, which both have AVG Internet Security loaded (full protection). Cleared all caches etc, had IT support my end and their end check it out, but nothing solving the problem
Shopping cart comes up with message "there was an error while loading content" 8 times
Could it be infusionsoft cart and AVG security not in synch and if so what to do?

Many thanks Karthikeyan, I think the Web shield was the issue, as I got a sloftware update to fix bugs that temproarily disabled Web Shield and Payments protection
