How do I remove short cut arrows from icons?

We're not sure exactly what is it that you need help with? Could you share a screenshot (http://avgclick.me/getscreenshot) of the shortcut arrows that you need help to remove?
I hope you can see this clearly. Every icon has a green shortcut arrow. I followed directions to edit the registry to remove them, I have tried Tweak 4, God mode and Winaero Teaker. All of them have failed. When I reboot they have gone but in about 15 seconds or so they are back. I have no idea what to try next. Thanks
