Hello Nancy,
You can create the desktop shortcut icon for AVG PC Tuneup from the Windows start menu. Please search for AVG PC Tuneup and right click on the AVG PC Tuneup icon you see in the search result and you can see an option to create shortcut at desktop. Click on the same and the desktop shortcut icon for PC Tuneup will be created.
