I get the same message with 'VPN.exe'.
Went to check my VPN and it says shortcuts are missing or moved. Troubleshooting says VPN does not have a valid IP address. It was working this morning. How do I find it and fix?
Got your message. Both programs are listed as installed. If I double click to access, I only get asked if I want to uninstall the program. Is there another way of accessing it? I have Windows 10.

We request you to follow the below steps and check if the AVG Internet Security & AVG Secure VPN are installed in your computer:
Open Control Panel > Programs and Features > Program List > Check if you can locate your AVG programs in that list.
If your AVG programs are installed, please try to access them & let us know when exactly happens when you do.
Also, mention the operating system of your computer.
