Should I be being charged to get rid of Zeus Trojan?

Let me help you with this. AVG technical support won't charge the customers for fixing issue. You might have reached AVG Go Premium support which is a paid support for fixing all the issues in PC like configuring printer, fixing virus, OS installation etc. Hence you might have reached AVG Go Premium support instead of AVG technical support. May I know the number you dialed to reach AVG support team?

I’m on the phone now to someone who I hope is AVG and he is telling me that I will be charged to get rid of Zeus Trojan.  Is this right?
