Yes, you can put iCloud application in a sleep mode if you are no longer using it. Once you disabled this app, you will not be able to access this app directly.

You will need to open your AVG TuneUp program and wake it up for further use.

Should I put iCloud to sleep on a PC. I just have photos downloaded, no mail, or iCloud drive. The severity scale shows about 1/5 highlighted. I am not sure how bad that is. iCloud services is using 26,732K and iCloud photos 18,332K memory per Task Manager.
