Show Additional Program on Dashboard

On January 1, 2019, I purchased from AVG:
     Driver Updater
     Secure VPN Multiple-device
     TuneUp
     Internet Security (Multi-Device)
On January 24, 2019, I purchased the AVG AntiTrack program.

I can open what I refer to as a Dashboard, and it shows the programs purchased on January 1, but it doesn't show the AntiTrack program. Also with respect to the AntiTrack, I have a small little bar up in the left top corner of my screen which says, "Double-click to open AVG AntiTrack, right-click for menu". I have tried both double clicking and right clicking, and I'm getting no response. I can go into my Windows 10 menu, and the AntiTrack is there, and I can open it from there.

Any help?
