Hi, I have PC Tuneup within AVG Ultimate and there appears to be a glitch on the 'Speed Up Potential' page. Mine shows that I have completed rectifying and improving performance to 75% but informs me that there are 9 programs slowing the machine up and invites me to 'Show' these programs. When I press show, my pc goes into a non-stop waiting process and I have never managed to complete the process for it to reveal to me what the programs are and what I can do about them? Strangely, when I press the 'Optimize startup and shiutdown' button on the bottom line, it shows that my pc is fully optimised.
Any ideas?? Thanks.

We regret to hear about the inconvenience caused. We suggest you to repair AVG PC TuneUp and check, follow the instructions to repair AVG PC TuneUp :
Go to Start -> Control Panel.
Note: Click Settings first if Control Panel is not available in the Start menu.
Open (Programs) -> Programs and Features, or Add or Remove Programs.
Select "AVG PC TuneUp" in the list of programs.
Click the Change or Change/Remove button.
Select Repair.
Follow the instructions on your screen to complete the installation.
Restart your computer.
