Can you mention the product in which you are facing the issue?

Are you getting any error message, if so please provide us the screenshot of the error message?

I leave my computer for a few hours, the AVG was running fine, it was turned on. Then I come back after a few hours, the AVG has turned itself off. Why does it do that? I don't want it to turn itself off.
