Once I download the AVG Ultimate and restart my computer, I receive an error message stating the application has failed to start because the side by side configuration is incorrect.  I am not a techy and have no idea what this is or how to fix it.  Any suggestions welcome.

Elizabeth, For your info, just in case that you are unaware, you can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.
