I have AVG ultimate and it has worked great so far, until i installed on my laptop which runs windows 8.1. i was able to install  but it will not let me sign in to my subscription. it tells me to connect to the internet, but i am

all my other devices lets me sign in no problem

I tried that plus i also uninstalled then re installed
