I understand that your phone is locked by AVG AntiTheft feature and forgot the password to unlock your phone.
Please follow the below steps to reset PIN number and unlock the device:
1. Visit my.avg.com
2. Login with the AVG My account option and enter the email address and password (Email address used during registration).
3. Select the device from the drop down menu.
4. You could see the "Security PIN" tab.
5. Click on it and set a new four digit pin code and click next.
6. Wait for few minutes and now enter the four digit pin in your device.
Note that for Anti-Theft features to be working, the following conditions has to be met.
1. Active data connection on your device.
2. Your device should be turned ON and it should not be formatted.
3. Device should be displayed under Mobilation website, we can help you with re-registration if not listed.
