SIM CHANGE Help

I recently upgraded my phone and switched mu number over. I've entered my NEW SIM card into my new phone and AVG has locked my phone immediately asking for a password. I couldn't remember the password so i decided to change it.



Upon changing my password I tried to enter it on my new phone and it keeps saying that the password is incorrect? I'm fully aware that the password is case sensetive and I've tried to call customer service but that's non-existant.



Please assist ASAP, i require this phone asap for work purposes. I can't use the old phone as the sim isn't compatible. (different size)


I sent an email yesterday to customer services but i was only given another step by step guide to changing my password. I've also tried my PIN and using only 4-6 characters but still no luck.
