Similar Problem to Others with AVG pop up. Want to turn off virus Shield But can't remember Password

Hi All,
         I keep getting the AVG Pop Up regarding having moved MRT to Quarantine. I believe it is a false negative and wish to turn off, however I can't remember my password. I notice in the User name/Password pop up there is a Hint: however nothing happens when I click on it. Any ideas how I can get my password?
