Since activating AVG VPN I cannot connect to internet

Hi, Please help!

I renewed my AVG Secure VPN yesterday and today renewed the Activation on my Windows 10 Laptop.  I can no longer connect the laptop to the internet although a desktop, my wife's laptop and 2  mobile phones are all connecting.

Windows Network Diagnostics failed to resolve the problem, displaying the following message:
                             "Secure VPN" doesn't have a valid IP configuration   Not fixed

please advise how I can restore my connection, thanks

I see that you have reached our live chat support and they requested you to get in touch with your Internet Service Provider as you're unable to access Internet when AVG Secure VPN is disabled.
