Since downloading AVG I have not been able to print off any emails

I have an HP deskjet F4530, the printer is working as i can still print off photo's from Windows Live photo's, but for some reason I can no longer print off any emails or word documents.  It is connected by a cable to my laptop.  Hope this info helps.  Thanks

Under AVG's Options --> Advanced --> Exceptions, I had to add the path to the location of my HP 6500A software installation ( C:\Program Files\HP\HP Officejet 6500 E710a-f\) because I was regularly losing access to my printer AND the HP Printer Assistant would fail to launch.  Each time this happened, I needed to completely unistall the HP software package --> reboot --> re-install. Within days it would go back to not working.

 

Knock on wood - since adding the HP software folder to the Exceptions path, all is working ... so far.

 

So, uninstall your HP software -> reboot -> re-install and then add your HP software's installation path into AVG's exceptions list.
