Since downloading Tune Up and free trial of Protection I can't access certain websites

Hi Community,

Since I downloaded TU and taking a free trial of the premium protection I am having trouble accessing certain websites.

When I try and open a website that I use for work the page just hangs. I rang this company's support team and they tried everything and said it was likely to do with a firewall setting. I turned off my firewall but the problem still occurs. I have just noticed that this exists since I purcashed AVG.

Any ideas??
