Hi Rob,
You can try with uninstallation of all unnecessary programs, it seems like there is lot of programs installed/running.

In order to analyze it please provide us with diagnostic output (gather it right after inducing issue) using this tool and please add detailed description of issue.

Hi Zbynek,
Thanks for the further advice.  I'll try what you suggest, but my PC is pretty much unusable while all the error messages are being displayed - for about 1 hour and it often crashes.
