Since subscribing to AntiTrack, I cannot log into one of my bank accounts

Since I renewed my subscription to AntiTrack, I cannot log into one of my bank accounts.  I keep getting the message "Sorry for the inconvenience.  This function is currently unavailable.  Please try again later."   The bank has informed me that it is because of the AntiTrack.
What should I do?
