I understand your concern. Please open the AVG Internet Security installed in your computer and click on Menu->"Ramsonware Protection". Here check if the CasFlowApp.exe app is listed in blocked list. If it is, please remove it from that list and add the file to "Allowed list". If the issue persists after adding the file to allow list, then please open click on this link http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-make-exclusions-from-all-scans-and-shields to add the program to AVG exception list.
I always use a program on my old win 7 32 bit computer to download mutations from bankaccount into my privat bookkeeping program. The progam is on C:\Program Files\Banking Tools\Cashflow 5\CasflowApp.exe. When I was busy doing this I saw a message that the priority of the cashflow program was setting down through the AVG program, after this message the program could not download the mutation anymore. I want to set the priority set higher but how do I do this?
