Sistema Operacional não aceitou a instalação

Prezados,

Informo que comprei o antivirus por um ano e não estou  conseguindo instalar, quando o AVG informa que o sistema operacional não  suporta o programa.

Como eu devo prosseguir para conseguir instalar o app da AVG.
