Site blocked. Infected with URL:Mal

Hello Federico,

I understand that your web site is being blocked by AVG. If you suspect this is a false detection, then you can send the URL to AVG https://www.avg.com/submit-sample for analysis. They will check the same and add the URL to global white list.

Same problem here for our e-commerce herbaliplus.com all is fine, no virus, no malware on our dedicated windows server - and all our other sites hosted on same server works fine -.

Your form False Positive File Form > give an error after submitting

The given URL https://www.avg.com/submit-sample shows a form that apparently doesn't work, as after sending the form the page shows a loop with no page reloading until the timeout error is shown.

Therefore I repost here the text of my message that, fortunately, I saved before sending. I'm sorry that I must do it publicly, as this should be a rather private matter, while I must undisclose the domain in subject, but I need to solve this problem as soon as possible.

The website ebisas.com was hacked for spamming (and suspect malware distribution) many months ago, then thoroughly inspected and cleaned.

AVG Internet Security (Web Protection) now blocks the connection for suspect malware distribution.

The website has been scanned 3 times with:

Comodo Web Inspector
https://app.webinspector.com/public/reports/76086950

Sucuri SiteCheck
https://sitecheck.sucuri.net/results/www.ebisas.com/

Quttera Website Malware Scanner
https://quttera.com/detailed_report/www.ebisas.com

All scanning results show a clean website, therefore, please check from your side and, if you find no threat, proceed with whitelisting of the website/domain as soon as possible.

Thank you.

Hello guys,

We are having a serious problem with one of our websites. It is being blocked when you try to access the URL in the browser. We have already checked every file from the server, run several tools and we can´t find the reason why it is being blocked. We asume that it is a false positive and we don´t know how to proceed. The website is www.aristei.com.ar
Can you please help us?

Thanks

Federico
