I have two issues relating to site owners verification and login.
In the past I have logged into the AVG site owners dashboard using my Facebook login; however, when I try to login today using Facebook I go to Facebook and login, then get directed back to the AVG login page - but I'm still not logged into AVG.
I am logged into Facebook and AVG is set as a current app in my Facebook settings. I ahve always logged into AVG using Facebook. If some of my Facebook settings have changed in error, will I lose my existing site owners account if I remove AVG as an app from Facebook, then re-add AVG as an app?
The second issue is - where has me site owners verification dash gone please? I cannot find a URL to the dash. My email inbox has previous emails from AVG saying, "AVG Threat Labs, You have have verified the ownership of…" And, my websites have AVG verification files in the root, so I have used the service before. The username I used is Bigint.
Can anyone please advise how to get to the site owners dash and explain why I can't get in using Facebook and what action I should take.
