If you have cleared quarantine folder, then we cannot restore the deleted files.

In this case, you need to reinstall this applications on your Mac computer and check if that fix the issue.

A couple of nights ago a deep scan running on my MacBook Air (10.13.3) quarantined several items. I then cleared the quarantine without paying much attention. Since then Skype and other applications will not start. Apparently Content/Frameworks/libswiftDispatch.dylib was one of the files that was quarantined. How can I get my applications running again?
