Hi Lannie,

We're glad to help you.
Please follow the below steps to wake the program that is hibernated :
Open AVG TuneUp - Speed Up - Show background & startup programs - scroll down to find 'Programs that are sleeping' - Click on Wake beside the respective app. 
Later you can ignore the app from being hibernated in subsequent scans by clicking on ignore beside it (in the same page, at top).

How do I remove a program that I added to the put to sleep list?
