We see that you have subscribed for AVG Ultimate (Multi-device) bundle package which includes AVG Secure VPN.
Do you have AVG Secure VPN installed and turned on?

Hi.  I have been using the free version for a couple of years and no problem.  I have just upgraded to the Pro subscription and now my Windows 10 Pro internet is like a dog.
Spec - I7 6820HQ, 2.7 GHz, 32 RAM.  Microsoft Surface Studio.

Without unstalling, anyone suggest a fix as it has rendered the internet and cloud based apps almost unusable on this PC.  I'm on a 1GHz direct fibre connection but this PC is now running at 17MBs.  My phone via WiFi on the same connection is running at 100MBs

Nope.  Just AVG.  Been using the free one for a few years and no problems.  Now the VPN, Tuneup and browser are uninstalled, I'm back to normal.

Try connecting to other location in the AVG Secure VPN.

Yep.  Although have turn it off to use this page without waiting for 5 minutes for it to load.
