I apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused. In general, the performance depends on many factors (OS type and version, HW configuration, other running applications, virus scan in progress etc.). Please make sure that you do not have another anti virus program installed on your PC. Run PC maintenance using AVG PC TuneUp program to boost performance. Regarding AVG on your mobile, did you activate the Pro version of AVG or is it still running as a free version?
Since buying AVG Ultimate my laptop has been ridiculously slow, I even went and bought a new laptop thinking it was because it was older. But my new one is the same. Does anyone know how to get your money back? My mobile has been full of adverts since too. Worse thing I've done!
