Hello Connell hard to say without knowing more about your issue exactly. But i am going to assume you mean webpages like this page or Facebook . Well the simplist issue can be your ISP or Internet Service provider if yo do not know.
First thing you can do to hopefully fix this is unplug your router count to 10 full seconds and then plug it back it. Wait however long it takes your router to reboot can be anywhere from 30 sec's to a min or 2. After it is fully booted try loading a page. If this dose not work Then i would advide you to contact your ISP and asking them to check your lines and schedule a Technician to come to your place if need be.
However there is a third option and that is a virus/malware. My personal soulution for this is two fold. Step one is download the program found here https://www.malwarebytes.org this is a great tool to go alongside just about any AV program. They are able to run side by side without effecting one another. Install it and run it. After you run it if it found anything have it remove the threats restart and try loading a webpage again. However if this dose not work then i would advise you to open AVG and you will see the Scan now button to left. Click the little cog icon next to it. Then click the same icon again next to Scan whole computer then check off all the boxes on the main window there then click start scan. But before you start i would advise you quit anything you dont need. Less that is running the better.
I hope this helps. I would advise doing things in the order i said because i believe it would be the easiest.
