Thanks for your prompt response. Prior to this I trialled your Driver Update software. It found 12 drivers that were out of date and fixed them. This seems to have solved the problem as I am now back to just below my previous speed. I will let you know if anything changes for the worse but I will run Driver Update every week just in case.
Hi Dinesh. Sorry to report that my response times are now typically 10 seconds . I have run AVG driver update, and changed my location, as you suggested but the resonse time is still way too slow. Does Windows 10 support your protocol across all platforms? I am using a 6th generation Pentium G4400.

I have tried 3 UK locations with a best speed of 13 secs. I then tried European ones and got from Turkey 5 Ukraine 17 Copenhagen 17 Brussels 16 . I haven't got time to go through all locations.
The only other thought I have is that I am also running AVG securiy and AVG anti-track. Could there be a conflict?

I have installed your VPN a couple of days ago.
I am finding my response times have gone form 1 second to 5 seconds or more.
This applies to loading local apps or browsing.
Is there anything I need to do to improve this significantly?.
At the moment my only option is to uninstall and request a refund.
I am running Windows 10 with AVG Internet security and AVG tune up.
My PC meets the specification in your FAQs.

No such option comes up only countries, streaming and torrenting

I have no trouble running secure VPN on my android phone using the same local network

Please do not just ask me to change location as I have already tried 20!!! and they all slow my internet searches to over 5 seconds but on average 15 seconds. The product is unusable with this response.
