After a recent update (Win 10 Home x64 1511 10586.104) then AVG Free wasn't starting up correctly. I corrected this by uninstalling and reinstalling. Since this time though then the speed of shutdown for Windows has been compromised (screen goes off quickly but the PC basically takes about a minute to power down after that). Having checked my events then it seems AVG may be responsible where I get two occurences of Event ID 7011
'A timeout (30000 milliseconds) was reached while waiting for a transaction response from the avgsvc service.'
Anyone else experiencing this?

I had used the Remover tool to uninstall AVG after the initial problems (the standard uninstall procedure failed, hence I used the remover tool). The slow shutdown issues have occured since reinstalling.
