I have a 5 day old laptop which was running fast until I put AVG Zen Ultima on it. I play FV2 and it wont even load because it times out after 37 minutes. I need some help on this issue I have disabled AVG and its working fine

Hello Carol,
It is not recommended to remove the AVG Zen interface, this is the interface using which you can see the status of your AVG Myaccount and product status of other computer. Please run the repair of AVG Protection and not AVG Zen.

Thank you for such a quick response. It said repair Zen so I did but I am wonder why I need Zen anyways and can I remove it?

Hello Carol,
The icons you see are the different interface of AVG. The first one is for AVG Zen, the second one is for AVG PC TuneUp, third is for AVG Protection and the fourth is for AVG Web TuneUp (browser extension of AVG). Click on AVG Protection and repair the same.
