AVG SHOWING NOTIFICATION PROTECTED A SENSITIVE FILE
SMARTP.EXE is trying to access your file, the same message is kept on showing, not able to do any work kindly suggest a solution for this problem…

Refer this article and get into blocked & allowed apps settings.
Under blocked apps list, check whether "Smartp.exe" application is listed.
If yes, make a note of its installed path and then add it to the allowed apps list.
Please make sure that the entry is removed from blocked app list.
Once done with this, you shouldn't get this notification.
May I know whether you are aware of installing "Smartp.exe" application?
