Greetings   AVG Business 20.6.3135   keeps warning me about this Windows problem

The machine : Lenovo Think  Widwos 10 PRO  2004  ( it is a web server )
I am having difficulty finding the exact patch from microsoft  ( Surprise )

Can AVG fix this permantly ?
Or do I have to keep looking via MS ?
