Please clarify the exact AVG program (name) that you've closed to fix the issue.
Also, let us know how you access emails. Is it through browser or email client & what happens exactly while attempting to send/receive. Do you receive any error message?
If so, share us the screenshot of it for better clarity.
I can't send mail as AVG is blocking, when closing the AVG it works fine, how do I fix that??
