I have the exact same issue with AVG Internet Security. I have no solution or resolution. Please let me know if you have a solution.

For better clarity, share us the screenshot of the threat notification that you receive after clicking on 'See details' option that is available in the pop up.
In the meantime, please restart your computer once & attempt to resolve the detected threat.
Also, let us know whether you use AVG Free Antivirus. Reason being, we're unable to find any subscription in your account.
I have this message on my pc SNH and-gen(Trj). and instructed the virus checker to 'resolve'.
However all that happens is the 'resolving' icon just keeps endlessly spinning and does nothing else.
Anyone else had this please!
