What is the error message you get when restoring those PDFs from the Quarantine?

I have being using SODA PDF for a number of months and all of a sudden an upgrade resulted in the product being sent to quarantined
I have tried restoring as an exception but that did not work. I have also reported this previously as a false positive but have had no response from AVG.
Is there a solution to this issue that can be shared?

The issue of AVG quaranting the SODA PDF software appeared to happen in late Octoberand I submitted the false positive notification in late November.
It is not the PDF's that have been quarantined but the Soda software. Therefore can you clarify what error messages you are referring to?
I have received an email from AVG support but any response to the AVG email is bouncing. I do not want topost personalm inoformation here.
Suffice to say I did not receive an email from the concerned team, and as gfar as I recall I used the email address of my account to submit the false positive. I have an alternative email that I might have used but I would need to email that directly. How do I do that?
