Software conflict

Colin, AVG Secure Browser is offered for installing when you start the installation of AVG Anti Virus free or AVG Internet Security. Which AVG program do you have installed on your PC? Please uninstall AVG Anti Virus free or AVG Internet Security, download it again from our downloads page (https://www.avg.com/en-us/installation-files) and start the installation setup.

On the welcome screen of the installation setup, you must see a checkbox ticked at the bottom left corner of the screen to install AVG Secure Browser. Make sure that checkbox is ticked to install AVG Secure Browser.

Hi, Colin.
We're here to help. What is the exact difficulty that you experience when you try to reinstall AVG Secure Browser? Did you contact the application vendor for any help regarding the issues with that software?

I am using some CFD(computational fluid dynamics) software. The help files are in html, and there was some conflict between the browser I was using say google chrome or microsoft bing or even explorer. The help files wouldn't open. Then I tried AVG secure browser which eliminated the conflict problem and the help files worked. However in doing so another problem has arisen. Now one of the programme modules doesent work. When I click on the button to launch this part of the software(used for viewing the graphical results), nothing happens. It must be some sort of pop up blocker within AVG secure browser. I uninstalled this browser and reinstalled my software but it still doesent work. Now I cant even install the AVG browse anymore. Sort of reformatting my hard drive I am at a loss. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hi Avinash
When I run the installation file it starts installing, but after a while it hangs up and a message window pops up saying "couldnt complete installation", or something to that effect.
