Hi Ravindra. If you know that the programs are trusted, you can add an exception to AVG so that they will not be detected by AVG. Please see the instructions on http://www.avg.com/gb-en/faq.num-5187 in order to find out how to add an exception.

AVG is not allowing remote ammyadmin 3.5 to get installed why?
AVG is not allowing ado server exe to get installed though it does not contain any virus
