Software not protected

Please share the screenshot [http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-create-a-screenshot] of your AVG dashboard to check the program and assist further. Also, please open the control panel- program list and check if you see two AVG protection/AVG Internet Security entries on the program list.

My software is not protected and for some reason whenever I try to go to the web site on my laptop it doesn't show or anything for that matter, I'm unable to connect to any site. Is there a way to fix this, or should I call tech support if so what the phone number?

Mario, For your info, just in case that you are unaware, you can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.
