hi AVG experts
i have issue executing my cad software solid edge ST2019 from siemens  , after i have update my latest window 10
version 1903 , with AVG antivirus install 
the cad software from siemens solid edge ST2019 can not ran , prompting with ( The environment application is not activated ) 
but once i uninstall the AVG software totally , the cad software solid edge can be ran & executed
please advise how i can solve this application issue
