I did.Still same.I got the computer formatted.Anyway i got format C: and D: still same.I think thats a BUG. I'd love it if someone could fix this. :(

We really appreciate your patience. As per the guidelines from our developers we would request you to reinstall your product and try to check for the issue once. If the issue persist we need to get diagnostic information of your system to analyze the root cause of the issue.
We would request you to remove previously installed program traces of (AVG 2015 or AVG 2014)from your system using AVG Remover tool and then try to reinstall AVG PC tune up.
Remover and Download:

2) Run the downloaded file and follow the onscreen instructions.

Hello everyone i have a question for all. I'm try the using defragment tool but i cant. Because it's says Solid state driver. But it is not. 1 month earlier defragment tool defragmenting my HDD. Now it is not working. Look the picture please.

This issue should be forwarded to our developers team.The error log files need to be analyzed to know the cause of this issue.
I can see that you have not submitted the error log files requested by our technician (please refer the previous post). Please follow the steps in the previous post and run the AVG SysInfo tool. Submit the log files requested by our technician so that we can analyze it and help you accordingly.

- Restart your PC when the restart option is displayed on the remover tool screen.
4)Once you have logged into your PC after the restart, please go to C:\ drive and delete the "AVG REMOVER" folder manually.
Note : Please use the AVG Remover tool mentioned on the article to uninstall the AVG program more effectively.
