Some many requests for Security Providers

Hello Philip,
Thank you for reaching out to us with your concerns. Please be informed that it is not recommended to use more than one anti virus program simultaneously. An antivirus program in general will consume a considerable amount of your CPU in the process of protecting your PC. Running two of them will take up majority of your PC resources thus making the PC and other applications run slow.

I see that you have an active AVG Internet Security - Unlimited subscription valid till 20th Nov 2017. Please consider uninstalling any other anti virus or anti malware program to resolve your issue.

I have been so confused lately…AVG somehow after my computer was repaired due to a virus, AVG became constant in asking to be my security provider…I had to delete Norton (which was paid up) and make AVG the default security provider…NOW i am getting hammered by McAfee…What gives here? Do I need to have Two providers, because I am no Bill Gates, and I am 69 years old and not that that dates me as being an old fart, but I sign up for crap, and all I do is go through limited funds…Some how I got the security protection a few years ago, and they were able to go into my computer and shut it down, until  I paid theem their FEE…however, I got a little smarter, and had my computer reset to default settings…and still today, I am getting calls from a representative who sounds like he is from India, and I have been avoiding speaking with him, but my computer is definitely SLOW…so, I don't know now what to do! Should I keep AVG, and still sign up for McAgee??? Please advise! thanks, My name is PHIL
