Some ports are closed in stead of stealth

In the past I had McAfee protection. At that time all service ports were "stealth". Now I changed to AVG and now several servise ports are only closed in stead of stealth. It concerns the ports 136, 137, 138 and 445. I want them stealth. How can I do this?
