Am not happy after getting the responses from your end to know that AVG deferred both of the options i.e.
1. controlling activated system device from the user end
&
2. Stop providing the full offline installer file for AVG ultimate & Tuneup
I don't remember signing up in any extra machine with my license & still, the activation count is 1 system higher than the actually activated systems.
The quality & service is degrading day by day.
I'd advise AVG to listen to the customer feedback & don't defer the usefully features like the two I mentioned here. This will only lid to unhappy customers who've been using PC tuneup before AVG acquires it & if this continues we will stop using this app forever.
Remember, we are the paying customers, not like AVG is giving this for FREE. So we'll decide which feature to sty & which ain't.
we need full user control like the old days where we can see which device in logged in & control to manually add & remove from user end.

Since AVG Zen app has been discontinued for both Windows and Android, you may not be able to manage your other devices from Zen interface.However, you can check the license count on installed AVG program.
The license count will be done for actrive devices of last 30 days. If you reinstalled AVG program on any device, it will also count as one license. So kindly wait for some days and check whether you can see actual active device count.
Currently we only have offline installer for AVG Anti-virus program. You can use below link to download it.

I've a AVG ultimate multi-device key, I activated on 2 devices for now (out of 10) but in my dashboard am seeing activated 3 devices, where to see what're the devices that's activated & to remove the unwanted or unauthorized devices?
Earlier this feature was there in AVG user dashboard but now, am not seeing anything in user dashboard so asking here.
Also, why don't AVG give the users the option to download the latest offline installer files? Why only online installer? Do you think, here in India, everyone got a broadband connection in their household?
And Lastly, there is no proper customer care support to ask or connect with AVG India?
When I click to the customer care link here in this website, all the time, I got this

All these are very disappointing, as a customer, we need
1. Proper customer support for India
2. Online user dashboard where we can see & manage all the connected multi-devices
3. Offline installation files available for the latest versions of AVG products

As I told, this is not what we expect as paying cutomers
give us the options to control & see that activated devices & manually deactivate & remove devices fro our end, and offline installer file for tuneup & ultimate multi device
orelse I am personally will be moving out from AVG products.
Dont wanna associated with such company where all the useful features get deferred by the company for no good reason & won't listen to customer's feedback.
