When I log on to my account from time to time I get this message, "some sheilds not on". I turn it on but there is no button to ensure it stays on. I have recently upgraded my account and this started happening. I don't understand how this happens and can get no answers fro AVG. They don't have a chat option and I am not sure how to resolve this. Thanks for any advice.
