Somehow my avg got uninstalled and i am having trouble getting it again

I noticed ath avg was no long er on my computer, no idea how that happened.  I can't log into my AVG account to redownload it because i don't know my username or password.  I put my email in for password retrieval but never goot an email.  I tried 2 or 3 times.
