I don't know what happened but I could nget onto my AVG and I called support and ended up with someone on my computer. I talked to someone and they said that someone had got into my account and something about my IP address. When I called that number back though there was no answer. What happened? Do I need to get rid of AVG? Why did the person who had remote access to my computer install Malwarebytes anti-malware and turn off all of the AVG protection and hid the problems permentely? What happened? I bought AVG because I wanted my computer to be safe and I think AVG just messed with me.
